added updated arc5 scans/text

hello. this took me far too long to rescan, cobble together, clean and edit not to share it immediately. i've updated the Arc 5 pdf just now and if anyone out there could read it and idk tell me how legible it is, i guess, versus the old very ms paint styled text on the webbed site id appreciate it very much even tho i have comments off. i know, i am a difficult person.

i will upload the hi res file to the hi res version as soon as i can but it currently is larger  than the file limit here. this is only going to be a problem for like 3 arcs tho
