Captain N - Behind the Animation (2004)

Sometime back in 1989, nintendo created an animated series that was generally remembered as weird low budget trash entitled "Captain N: The Game Master"

Did you know, it also had a flourishing fandom of queer folk who loved to poke fun at it in the aughts? Well, now you know!

speculation on the captain n MIRC channel about why some things are the way they are in the show (like Princess Lana grabbing Zelda's boob) lead to folks co-authoring this comic. it was going to run as a once a week series, before the ideas dried up completely. 

very few of us liked the title character Kevin.

CW for drug use (a LOT of it, badly drawn but explicit) and bad dated language for little people. Also Duke the Dog was going to be homicidal, as noted by the stick figure drawings of him imagining all the ways he'd murder Kevin on his wall.
